Taylor & Hart are a London-based bespoke jeweller known for their custom engagement rings and timeless craftsmanship. I was brought in to redesign their digital experience — creating a website that felt as personal and considered as the jewellery they make.
The goal was to balance luxury and approachability, showcasing the brand’s bespoke design process while simplifying the journey from inspiration to purchase. I reworked the information architecture, refined product storytelling, and introduced a more editorial visual style — focusing on craft, detail and emotional connection.
From diamond selection tools to the design consultation flow, every interaction was redesigned to feel seamless, elegant and human. The result is a site that elevates the brand’s luxury credentials while keeping the user experience intuitive and conversion-focused.
